Placing an order is simple! Just navigate to our website, select the product you want, select your product details and follow the prompts to upload your design file and complete your order. If you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

All files must be print ready PDF files. For optimal results, we recommend uploading high-resolution files and ensuring they are set up according to our guidelines. Visit our Artwork Guidelinessection for detailed information.

Once an order is placed, it enters our production process quickly. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note we cannot guarantee a job can be cancelled or refunded after it has been submitted to production.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's delivery status.

We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to view shipping options and costs.

Printing

Turnaround time varies depending on the product and specifications. You can find estimated production and delivery times on each product page. If you have specific deadlines or urgent requirements, contact our customer support team to discuss expedited options.

Files must be submitted using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ONLY to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We accept online credit card payment using Stripe. Our checkout process is designed to provide a safe and convenient payment experience.
